MRO Production Lead

In this role you will:
  • Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the MRO facility, ensuring compliance with FAA Part 145 and EASA Part 145 regulations.
  • Plan and coordinate repair, overhaul, inspection, and testing of aircraft components.
  • Interpret and enforce compliance with technical data from Component Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and engineering drawings.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and parts traceability using maintenance tracking and ERP software.
  • Oversee inventory, test equipment calibration, procurement of parts and tooling.
  • Prepare shipping documentation and handle international freight-forwarding issues, particularly under AOG conditions.
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities to address technical issues, reporting, and scheduling, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Manage and optimize workflows, facility layout, and capacity planning to reduce turnaround times (TAT) to meet contractual deadlines.
  • Engage directly with staff at all levels — from mechanics to executives — to identify workflow gaps and implement targeted improvements.
  • Set and analyze KPIs (e.g., defect rates, TAT, capacity utilization) and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Leverage data-driven leadership skills to interpret operational metrics (TAT, quality rework rates, BER rates, revenue per unit), forecast capacity needs, and make informed adjustments that enhance competitiveness, customer satisfaction and overall station performance.
  • Proficiency with industry platforms such as ILS, PartsBase, and OEM portals required.
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a supervisor of aircraft technicians or mechanics
Pay: $89,565 / year

A&P Mechanic

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the repair and overhaul of structural components for large commercial aircraft. Day-to-day responsibilities include disassembly, inspection, repair, and reassembly of aircraft mechanical components, ensuring all work meets regulatory and quality standards.
Preferred Experience:
  • Experience with aircraft structural components
  • Sheet metal and composite parts repair is a plus
  • Overhaul/repair of mechanical aircraft components will be considered
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to restore components to like-new condition
  • Familiarization with tech data and regulations
  • Skills with power or pneumatic tools
Requirements:
  • Valid A&P License (Airframe and Powerplant)
  • Must provide own tools
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings
  • A genuine desire to learn new skills, expand technical knowledge, and grow within the role
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime as needed
  • No night shifts and no outdoor weather exposure
  • Flexible schedule if needed
  • On the job training
Compensation:
  • Pay is based on experience and performance
